How much is Shipping?
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Dubai are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
Delivery to other Emirates may take slightly longer depending on location.
Can i track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via phone or email, and the courier will contact you directly with updates.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within the U.A.E.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed through a third-party provider, and we do not store your full payment details.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping is AED 15, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchange are treated as a new order. Please place a new order for the desired item, and return the original item if eligible.
