Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders within Dubai are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Delivery to other Emirates may take slightly longer depending on location.

.orders below AED 65, a flat shipping fee of AED 15.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for updates.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and pass inspection. Return shipping is AED 15, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Clearance and personalized items are not returnable.

We accept exchanges for items that are unused, in their original condition, and pass inspection.

• Exchanges are generally treated as new orders, with the original item returned.

• In certain cases, we can accommodate exchanges. Please contact our support team to discuss your request.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
